EHI Employers, CBOs, and Project Partners Meeting

This September, EHI brought together participating employers, CBOs, and project partners to advance efforts to build talent pipelines that connect overlooked Delawareans to quality jobs — centering thoughtful, community-focused collaboration. Meeting in person provided an opportunity to reflect on EHI’s progress to date — including ongoing employer trainings, community-driven research and engagement, and CBO selection — and to plan for the important work ahead.

EHI is continuing to strengthen the local infrastructure and ecosystems needed to facilitate effective recruitment and hiring.
